The Rising Phoenix Group has taken over the seaside premises of Akuma Village, and is transforming the well-loved place into a major new international venue; one that will nourish heart, body and soul.

We aim to be:

the liveliest centre for live performance
the most enjoyable and energetic dance spot
the healthiest place to eat and drink
the most charming place to lodge...
in all Accra.

At present, however, we are rebuilding, so we are only operating the hotel and bar, plus 1 Reggae night on Fridays, though we hope to have a programme three nights a week, on the new dance floor, from June 09. But of course you can already enjoy the beach.

We have seven recently renovated rooms: four with fan and bathroom/toilet at GhC25/28/30 and three with fan at GhC18/20. To reserve one, call us or email us.

The bar is selling a selection of beers, spirits and soft drinks and is open from 10am until 10/11pm. We look forward to seeing you there.

In 2008 we should open a sophisticated vegetarian restaurant.
